"I have never had an issue with State Farm until my experience with Bob Piatek's office. I moved to Texas at the end of May and set up a new policy with an office down here on June 7th. Bob has ignored cancellation requests from me AND the State Farm office in Texas, and this has resulted in double coverage and charges that I can't afford. Bob has FOUR assistants in his office for a VERY small island community in Upstate New York. There is no excuse to not answer or respond to calls or emails. It seems other reviewers have had similar issues, leading me to question if this is an established pattern for this location to scam people out of money hoping they don't notice the bank charges. Conveniently, you cannot cancel autopay online or in the app OR through another agent, and must call Bob's office to do so. If only they'd pick up! I've lodged a complaint with State Farm corporate and had to initiate a stop payment with my bank to protect my finances."
